When I started to invest, I did it on my own without mentors and proper planning or strategy. Syempre ang resulta alam nyo na : DISASTER!

Buti na lang I bumped into great mentors in IMG.

Ano ba ang DEPRECIATION?

A Lot Of Us Are Victimised by Depreciation. We Need to Know How To Fight It.

Alam mo ba ang ibig sabihin ng  Depreciation?

Alam nyo bumili po ako ng 32” TV nung 2007 ang cost nya ay 69,000PHP!

Today bumili ako ng TV na 69,000PHP at ang size nya is more than double (75” TV). Tiningnan ko at nakita ko yung 32” ay less than 12k na lang ngayon! 

Question, yun bang binili ko na 69,000 nung 2007 na 32” LED TV, mabebenta ko ba yun Kahit 12k man lang?

SAGOT, Walang bibili. 🙂. At kung Meron man, siguro less than 5K lang .Yan ang ibig sabihin ng DEPRECIATION!

Kung alam ko lang mag invest nung 2007 ng tama, dapat yung 69,000 ko worth siguro mga 280k na (at an average of about 10-12%)! So meron na akong 75” TV Makakabili pa ako ng Aircon, Refrigerator at Washing Machine!

Dapat talaga matuto tayong lahat.
